Enjoyful Stays is operated as an LLC based in Colorado. We provide vacation rental accommodations. 
 

2. Booking & Eligibility

• You must be 21 years of age or older to book.

• Smoking is not permitted at any of our properties.

• Pets are welcome only at certain listed properties; restrictions and fees may apply.

• All payments and cancellations are subject to the policies outlined on our booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Hostfully).
   

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests agree to follow all house rules listed on the individual booking pages.

• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.

• Quiet hours and local regulations must be respected.
   

4. Wellness & Third-Party Services

• Amenities are used at your own risk.

• Enjoyful Stays is not liable for accidents, injuries, or misuse of amenities.

• Any third-party services (massage therapy, private chefs, excursions) are arranged directly with vendors. We do not guarantee vendor availability and assume no liability for their services.
   

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, photography, branding, and copy are the intellectual property of Enjoyful Stays and may not be reproduced without permission.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

Enjoyful Stays is not liable for:

• Accidents or injuries during your stay

• Weather conditions, travel delays, or circumstances beyond our control

• Experiences with third-party vendors
